Chapter Forty Nine

Zayn

As soon as the sun rose I woke up I took a shower in Hope's room then went up to the pack house and straight to my office. Every step I took away from her house had Hunter growling at me. I hated leaving her bedside she's my mate I am never complete without her but I had to get today over and done with.

 Alex was already waiting for me outside my office. Today Brian and I are going to the Blue Moon Pack to confront Alpha Edward. I put together a group of elite warriors the best of the best lead by Matt to come with us as back up but they would stay hidden outside his territory just in case we needed them. I didn't want to alert the son of a bitch. Nevertheless He might try and start something we had to be ready. 

My father was going to start calling all our other allies to meet as soon as possible. He needs to get them all on our side and agree to cut all ties with The Blue Moon Pack if they fail to follow through what my father suggests then they would no longer get any kind of support from us. We have been the strongest pack for decades now we support all our allies in any way possible even financially. 

"Should we take Jason with us?" Alex asked me. 

"Yeah I want him to come" I mind linked Jason to meet me in the garage at 9 am sharp. 

"Alex I want you stay here I can't leave Hope or our territory unguarded. You will go with her to school and back Kyle and my father will also be staying behind." 

At around 7:00 am Brian came in along with Matt and Kyle I could feel Brian's agony after hearing about Stephanie and the bracelet. He wanted Stephanie and her father to suffer for hurting his daughter. We were all in my father's office discussing the strategic plan at hand when I was hit with my baby's scent stronger than ever. I shot up and went straight for the door, she looked like a fucking goddess her long beautiful hair down she was wearing tight black jeans torn at the knees with a white T-shirt and denim jacket and black sneakers. I looked at her from her shoes all the way up to her face. She was talking and smiling with Jason. Mother fucker. 

I walked over to her and put my arm around her waist Jason bowed 

"Alpha you wanted to see me?" 

"Yes wait outside by my Hummer" He walked out but not before cracking a smile at Hope.

"Bye" She said softly watching him leave then turned immediately to me. I love how I can see her love for me through her eyes

"You look beautiful baby" I said as I kissed her.

"Thank you what's going on?" I hadn't told her where I was going today. I hadn't had the time actually. I didn't want to worry her and honestly I decided this late last night so I didn't have much time to tell her when we went to bed she was tired from the flight here and all the wine her and my mother had. 

"You're father and I are going over to the Blue Moon Pack today" I saw her face pale.

"I want to go with you"

"Absolutely not!" 

"I want to go with you I won't be able to focus all day" She pouted

"OK so stay home but you can't come with me it's too risky" She didn't answer me 

"Baby don't you have faith in me?" I asked still carrying her

"Of course I do I know how strong you are" She squeezes my biceps I love this playful side of hers. I lifted her up she wrapped her legs around my waist I brought my hand to the back of her neck and kissed her 

"Goddess get a room" I hear Kyle say and she tries to jump out of my embrace but I grab on to her tighter

"Hope you look ravishing" He says, looking at my baby I move one hand off her and smack him in the head. 

"Go sweet talk your own mate leave mine the fuck alone" 

"Aww we can all be nice and share" Kyle said doing a good job at pissing me off this morning 

"I swear I'm gonna kill him one of these days" I sigh and bring my head into the crook of her neck.

"I'd feel better if I was by your side I want to go"

"You don't know how I love hearing you say that but the answer is no" She glares and growls at me so adorable.

"Don't glare or growl at me little wolf" I pinched her ass 

"I wish you would agree to just stay home and get home schooled till the end of the year" 

"Zayn we talked about this plus I'm not listening to you if you don't listen to me" 

"Watch it" I spanked her ass. 

"I love you I'll see you after school" I said she melted into me and ran her fingers through my hair, if she keeps this up I'll have to go back into the meeting with a hard on.

 

 

"Good Morning Princess" I let her go when her father and my father came out of the office.

"Good morning dad" She kissed her father 

"Alpha" She greeted my father

"Good Morning Hope" He gave her a quick hug before Emily came rushing down the stairs 

"I overslept again" Emily said groggily her eyes bleary as she walked towards us

"Good morning sunshine" I said and hugged her

"Both of you go get breakfast before school" I ordered and Hope rolled her eyes at me while shaking her head. I walked with her to the kitchen her other friends were having breakfast already they bowed their heads when we entered Mandy and Carrie were also in there. They all said good morning as I took out a chair for my baby and filled her plate. 

"I can't wait to find my mate" Emily says "Then he can fill my plate for me"

"I have a mate Em and he doesn't do things like that that's just your brother"

"Mine doesn't either" Carrie said

"We're going in my car today" Hope said enthusiastically she looked up at me and kissed my cheek. I wanted to buy her the newest model Jeep but her dad had his heart set on getting her a car. I kissed her on the head while she ate. She started making a sandwich 

"Are you taking that with you baby?" 

"No, I'm full it's for you"

"Ladies take care of your men" Hope said looking down at the sandwich she's making me while putting lettuce over the bacon. Mandy and Carrie paused for a second then started making sandwiches for their mates.

I took her hand and kissed it. After they finished breakfast I made sure she was all set

"Come home right after school" I told her before she drove off Alex and another warrior were right behind her. I alerted the security guards at the gates to let her out.

 Matt had already gathered all the warriors coming with us outside. I briefed them on what was going on

"You follow Matt's orders if for any reason they become hostile I will mind link you. The most important thing is you all stay incognito until if and when I tell you."

Brian sat in the passenger seat with me mother fucker Jason was in the back. I had the bracelet in my pocket. 

"We should have come by helicopter half the way" Brian said 

"On the way back we can stop by my hotel in the city I have a helipad on the roof. There's a helicopter we can take back home. I have a pilot there on standby."

"Don't forget to get someone to drive your Hummer back" 

"I have a driver there also on standby" 

The rest of the drive was in comfortable silence until we arrived to where the warriors would hide. I parked to the side of the road and got out for just a minute 

"Matt stay alert" I said

"If we attack I want you to fucking shred them all to pieces" I growled out and they all bowed at my command.

It took me about thirty minutes to arrive to the Blue Moon Pack. At their entrance the security guard recognized me straight away. 

"Alpha" and opened the gates. See there's their first weakness he shouldn't have let me in without screening the car and he should have announced we were here. 

"It seems their borders aren't we'll guarded" Brian says

"We keep maps of all our allied territory and this one is the weakest. I've had to constantly help them with rogue problems in the past but now he's teaming up with them mother fucker." 

I parked in front of the pack house and practically walk in without anyone stopping us. Once we are inside young lady approaches us "Hello how can I help you gentlemen?"

"I'm Alpha Zayn Black this is Beta Brian Ward of The Golden Moon Pack and he is my driver. We are here to see Alpha Edward on urgent business."

"It's great to have you visit us Alpha with your Beta this way please" she leads us right to the fucks office without notifying him first. She knocks on the door and opens it 

"Alpha I'm sorry to bother you but Alpha Zayn and his Beta are here to see you" She says

I walk sidestep around her and enter Brian and Jason come in behind me. 

"Alpha Zayn it's so good to see you again" He puts out his hand I shake it reluctantly

"Beta Brian so good to see you." He looks at me then at Jason

"He's a pack member" I said plainly.

"To what do I owe this honor alpha you should have told me you were coming I would have prepared myself but no worries I will have Stephanie make sure the omega's prepare you a fantastic meal for lunch"

"Alpha we do not plan on staying for lunch we won't take up much of your time but it has come to our attention that you have become allies with a new rogue leader by who goes by the name of Kain." I spoke calmly even though I wanted to kill him right there in his seat. 

His demeanor changed "Alpha I am shocked I have no idea what you are talking about" 

"Call Stephanie in here" I demanded he looked like he was going to faint.

"I assure you my daughter does not know anything about this Kain" 

"Call her now I'd like to speak to her" My voice was very calm and low. As soon as I said those words the bitch steps in

"Dad is that Alpha Zayn's Hummer?" She says as she walks in and stops when she sees me 

"Hi Alpha what a surprise" She stuttered. Brian was glaring at her he wanted to rip her head off.

When she saw Jason her face turned ashen. She froze in place. 

"Alpha Edward your daughter Stephanie manipulated this young man here Jason into giving my daughter Hope a bracelet on her eighteenth birthday with a spell on it" Brian's voice was deep and the way he presented himself always demanded attention. 

Alpha fucker looks at his bitch of a daughter "My daughter would never do such a thing"

"Your daughter has been conspiring with witches and rogues to hurt my mate" I raised my voice just a little. "That breaches our trust" I stood up "And you know what that means" I glared at him. 

I took the bracelet out of my pocket and tossed it hard on his desk. 

"Dad I have no idea what he's talking about. He's jealous that I went out with Jason a couple of times but that's all it was. right Jason?"

"You told me you wanted to be Luna of our pack. You told me you had a witch put some kind of enchantment so Hope wouldn't turn or feel her mates pull.. You told me that you and Alpha Zayn were still seeing each other. You also told me that you saw them shopping at the mall and you had Kain the leader of the rogues follow them" Jason spilled 

"You son of a bitch! he's lying!" She cried out 

I came closer to her "If you ever attempt to hurt my Luna I will kill you"

"Alpha Zayn you cannot come here and threaten my daughter like that"

"I can and I did" I grabbed Alpha fucker by the collar "Consider our alliance terminated. All treaties between us ended. The Golden Moon Pack does not consider you an ally any longer. 

"Alpha Zayn you are making a big mistake!" He roared I kept walking right out. I heard him slam his hands down on his desk and break something but we walked right out and left his pathetic pack house.
